A PIEDI

Venezia non è molto grande ed è bello visitarla lentamente,perdendosi fra calli e campielli nascosti. Nelle calli è corretto non fermarsi per non intralciare il passaggio e tenere la destra.

IN VAPORETTO

Se volete andare a visitare qualche isola come Murano, Burano, Torcello o raggiungere qualche zona di Venezia senza fare fatica, potete salire su di un vaporetto. I vaporetti sono i mezzi di trasporto pubblico usati dagli abitanti di Venezia. I biglietti per i turisti sono piuttosto costosi (7.50. € per 75 minuti) perciò conviene acquistare i biglietti giornalieri da usare più volte in una giornata. Costi: 24 ore 20 €, 48 ore 30 €, 72 ore 40 € (22€ per giovani fino ai 29 anni con tessera Rolling Venice o carta ateneo) 7 giorni 60 € I bambini fino ai 5 anni non pagano.
Il biglietto a tempo consente un numero illimitato di viaggi a partire dall’ora della validazione. Per validare il biglietto è necessario avvicinarlo alla validatrice all’ingresso di ogni imbarcadero. Questa operazione va ripetuta ogni volta che si sale su un nuovo mezzo. Sugli autobus che portano verso la terraferma le validatrici si trovano a bordo. ATTENZIONE perché il biglietto a tempo NON COMPRENDE i collegamenti con l’aeroporto Marco Polo di Tessera. Il biglietto si può acquistare nei principali imbarcaderi come a Piazzale Roma, Stazione Santa Lucia, San Marco, Calle Vallaresso, San Zaccaria oppure Online sul sito ACTV.

TRAGHETTO

Il traghetto, molto utilizzato dai veneziani, è una gondola-traghetto che fa la spola tra un lato e l’altro del Canal Grande. Il costo per un turista è di 2 €. Preparatevi il contante in anticipo e porgetelo al gondoliere mentre salite sull’imbarcazione. Gli stazi dei traghetti sono in vari punti della città. Il più vicino a noi è quello di Santa Sofia.

BICICLETTA

Venezia centro storico è interamente pedonale e l’uso della BICICLETTA

NON È CONSENTITO. È vietato anche condurla a mano. Se arrivate in bicicletta a Piazzale Roma potete portarla al parcheggio custodito San Marco. Il costo per il parcheggio di una bicicletta per 24 ore è di 7€.

From Marco Polo airport there are two ways to arrive to our b&b by public transport . 

 – The first way is through vaporetto Alilaguna linea arancio (orange line): in the arrivals hall at the airport, turn left and walk to water transport for 4 minutes. Then you will find the airportquays: get the boat linea arancio directed to San Marco and get off at the second stop named Guglie. From Guglie waterbus stop to our hotel it takes only 2 minutes walking. 
The price of one way ticket is € 15, roundtrip is € 27 – online is € 25 roundtrip.

– The second way is by bus from the airport. At the airport arrivals hall go straight on to the exit, then after having crossed the internal street, you’ll find the bus number 5 to Venice. Please get off at last stop in Venice – Piazzale Roma. 
To reach our hotel, please follow the way to Guglie bridge on the map you will find on our website.
The bus ticket costs € 6 one way and € 12 roundtrip.

from train station (Santa Lucia) just 7 minutes and you can reach us

When you get off at Venezia Santa Lucia, get out from the train station and turn left, than streak down to Strada Nova, than you’ll arrive to Guglie bridge, just cross it and after 200 meters you will find our small calle della Rabbia (small Venetian street) on your left.
